Physiotherapy is a health care field which assist people to restore, maintain and maximize their strength, function and well-being by using mechanical force, movements, manual therapy, exercise therapy, electro therapy to improve people’s quality of life. We primarily concern with back pain, neck pain, postural problems, joint and muscle pain, arthritis, geriatrics, cardiorespiratory, orthopedic, neurology, sports injury and various conditions using non drug approach.

We help people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and rehabilitation. We concern about good health for people of all ages, helping patients to manage pain and prevent disease. We help to encourage development and facilitate recovery, enabling people to stay in work while helping them remain independent for as long as possible.

Physiotherapy has three main categories which are orthopedics, neurophysiotherapy, and cardiorespiratory physiotherapy. Physiotherapy also includes neuropediatrics.

Exercise Therapy: Exercise Therapy is a regimen or plan of physical activities designed and prescribed for specific therapeutic goals. Its purpose is to work towards the restoration of normal musculoskeletal function or to reduce pain above and below the site of injury caused by diseases or injuries through neuro reeducation, gait training and therapeutic activities. Manipulation and mobilization are also initiated in various cases.

Rehabilitation: It is a process of restoring the normal movements post injury or adopting to a disability in the best way possible through various protocols to enable the Activity Daily Living as normal as it was before the injury. We focus on rehabilitating a patient even after number of sessions of therapy a patient undergoes.
